I spent my career optimizing complex systems. Then I discovered the most powerful one I'd been neglecting.
Joe spent 37 years leading technology strategy at Fortune 500 companies including TD Ameritrade, Fiserv, and Mutual of Omaha — optimizing complex systems at enterprise scale.
A personal health journey led him to the cutting edge of cognitive neuroscience, where he discovered that the brain responds to the same principles he’d applied throughout his career: the right inputs, the right systems, the right optimization strategy.
Today, Joe is an ICF Certified Coach pursuing National Board Certification in Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC). His approach integrates evidence-based neuroscience — drawing from researchers like Dr. Dale Bredesen and Drs. Dean & Ayesha Sherzai — with the engineering, systems thinking and accountability frameworks he refined over decades of leadership.
